MEGA SOUNDBOB — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This software is proprietary. You may use it only if you have obtained it legally
from the copyright holder or an authorised distributor and you agree to these terms.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
   Subject to this agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive,
   non-transferable license to install and run Mega SoundBob solely for your
   own use in accordance with the licence type you acquired (e.g. Single Use
   or Business/Company licence). No other rights are granted.

2. SINGLE USE LICENCE (if applicable)
   If you have a Single Use Licence, you may use the software only for
   personal, non-commercial use by a single user, on a limited number of
   devices as specified in your purchase or distribution terms. Use by
   companies, organisations, or for commercial purposes requires a separate
   Business/Company licence.

3. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT, without prior written permission from the copyright holder:
   - copy, reproduce, or distribute the software or any part of it to third parties;
   - modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software;
   - remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices;
   - use the software in any way that exceeds the scope of your licence type;
   - sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the software.

   Use of the software is permitted only by individuals or entities that have
   obtained the software through authorised channels. Unauthorised acquisition
   or use is prohibited.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   The software and all copies remain the property of the copyright holder.
   This EULA does not transfer ownership. All rights not expressly granted
   are reserved.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
   OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL
   THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY
   ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

6. TERMINATION
   This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if
   you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination you must cease all use
   and delete all copies of the software.

7. GOVERNING LAW
   This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the
   copyright holder, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By installing or using Mega SoundBob, you acknowledge that you have read this
EULA, have obtained the software legally, and agree to be bound by these terms.
